CSR & Sustainability – The responsible cartographic art according to Brussels Maps

Creating differently, for a planet that matters

At Brussels Maps, every map tells a story. The story of a place, a memory, a precious moment. But behind each of our creations lies another story, just as important: that of our commitment to the planet, society, and the local economy.

We believe it is possible to create beautiful objects, full of meaning and memories, without compromising the future. That’s why our approach is based on a simple principle: do better with less, and do well at every step.

Schaerbeek's responsible and sustainable map.

A production local, artisanal, and responsible

Every poster we produce is imagined, designed, and printed in Brussels, in our workshop. This choice allows us to control 100% of the production chain, limit our carbon footprint, and support the local economy.

  • Zero outsourced production: all our maps are made in Belgium, in Brussels.

  • 100% of our suppliers are Belgian or European.

  • Made to order: each map is printed only when it is ordered.

💡 Thanks to these choices, we reduce our carbon footprint by over 65% compared to standard outsourced production. par rapport à une production standard délocalisée.
